Thanks Val. From what I’ve pieced together, the gate to the yard it was in got left open by accident. I also heard that the dog had a history of malice toward bikes and children, and that it’ll be put down after a period of observation. I fear the boy will take a longer period to get over the attack – assuming he ever does…
