Thank you for posting this. It was right on the money. We often look at mental illness or depression, as having obvious symptoms, but they often don’t. Sometimes we lose those we love, and ask why? We also
wonder, if we could have done something.

Yeah, I got that one too. In fact, before I actually bought a gun to blow brains out, I tried hiding away in my bedroom just to avoid those ‘looks’ that condemned me for just being weak. People where ‘m from were all about men being strong. Thank goodness I had one friend that cared enough to look deeper…
