While it remains to be seen if the big New England storm will live up to the ominous ‘historic’ predictions given it by some, it did provide one Providence, Rhode Island school administrator his ‘epic’ day in the sun…
The video, a parody of Disney’s Let It Go featuring Moses Brown Head of School Matt Glendinning, has become quite the sensation on the morning news shows. According to Boston’s ARTery, the video was masterminded by Moses Brown’s director of communications and community engagement Adam Olenn, and had actually been in the works for a couple of weeks before the big storm. And, as engaging as the on-screen performance of Matt Glendinning was, the vocals you hear in the video are actually done by the school’s choral director Justin Peters, with the whole thing having been filmed and edited by the school’s editor for digital media Ryan Vemmer. All in all, I’d say the team did an excellent job! 😀
