When all the stars are falling down
Into the sea and on the ground
And angry voices carry on the wind
A beam of light will fill your head
And you’ll remember what’s been said
By all the good men this world’s ever known
Another man is what you’ll see
Who looks like you and looks like me
And yet somehow he will not feel the same
His life caught up in misery
He doesn’t think like you and me
‘Cause he can’t see what you and I can see
I’m a melancholy man
That’s what I am
All the world surrounds me
And my feet are on the groundI’m a very lonely man
Doing what I can
All the world astounds me and I think I understandThat we’re going to keep growing
Wait and see…
I want ice water.

What a stunning post! You have proven once again my hypothesis about Moody Blues guys being so smart. 😉

Thanks Marie! 😀 I don’t know about the “smart” thing though. I downloaded all these images this morning and didn’t even think to use some of the zillions I’d already saved to my hard drive! 😳

Ha! Well, you’ve just added to your collection for later. So glad you featured this song – it’s pretty much fallen by the wayside, so hopefully this will introduce it to some people.

An image collection that’s so large, I’m afraid, that even my browser bookmarks and backlogged email collections are dwarfed by it – and they are ginormous! 😳
As for the song, I’ve posted it at least once before but I just couldn’t get it out of my head after your post! 😀

What out Phillip. Those crazy “hoarder” people have got nothing on me! 😳

I nominate Edward Snowden for hoarder of both this year and next year (If he is still with us). He knows the secret of a successful world class hoarder. Keep it small and nothing that will spoil and draw vermin. Thinking on it; somehow he drew vermin anyway. Some vermin will eat anything.

Wow, vermin will eat anything. Something like that could be a wonderful aid in “cleaning up” some of the messes we’ve left. Oh wait… 😯

I find a couple of these images particularly intriguing — the motorcyclist who walks away from that crash, the designs flowing from the decorated fingernails, and the air bubble (?) ring/blast that topples the rocks.

Thanks PT. As usual, it took a lot of images, and a great song, to represent all the facets of today’s crazy mood swings! 🙄
