Wow, Great Music and Comets Too!

Well, two comets actually. But first, the great music. This gorgeous video, featuring one of my all-time favorite songs, was uploaded to David’s Channel on YouTube last night:

And now back to the comets. Talk about being lucky! Did you know that a small few of us Earthlings are actually enjoying the spectacle of, not just one, but two separate comets in their skies this year? This image was posted on Space.com earlier this month:

Unfortunately, most of us will only be able to see Comet Pan-STARRS, weather permitting. This short time-lapse video was just posted on the VideoFromSpace YouTube channel:

  1. Oh, TWO comets?? I saw headlines and just assumed they were all about one comet. I might actually have gone outside on a cold night to see two, if they were high enough in the sky. Saw the ISS go over one night and it was amazing!

    • I do so envy you for living in an area where you can actually see things like that PT. Even when the weather is good enough, which it rarely seems to be when I need it, the light pollution here still manages to spoil it for me…
