One Giant Loss – Neil Armstrong Dead At 82

If you know anything at all about me, you’ll know that I’m a nut for the space program. You’ll also know what a sad day this is for space nuts all around the world…

R.I.P Neil. You will be sorely missed!

Thanks for the graphic Christian!

I want ice water.

I was gutted when I just awoke to this news. He was a great man indeed. There just are no words!

    a sad day… a true legend…

  3. Androgoth says:

Eighty two is not a bad age and his memory will last forever,
he was a true adventurer of the stars and will not be forgotten :)

Thank you for adding this one Mak
and I apologise for being late to comment …

Have a wicked evening now my friend :)

No apologies are necessary my friend. I was late myself in posting about it because I just couldn’t decide what to say. Neil Armstrong was such an intently private person that I honestly hadn’t know much at all about his life in recent years. But I do profoundly feel his loss…

Have a great rest of your weekend my friend! :D

      • Androgoth says:

Yes I understand that he didn’t like taking
all the credit for for his time in space, mainly
his stepping onto the Moon… He was such
a modest and incredibly honourable man
and he is already being missed by so many
        people around the world…

        I hope that your weekend
has been a good one Mak :)

Loved the word art at the end.
Man, I still remember watching that first step on television. Still to this day gives me goosebumps when I think about it and the whole Apollo program.
